COACHING

Coaching — leading a relationship better

We do not re-judge the reading you already have. Building on it, we coach you through concrete conversations and actions you can try starting today.

Most coaching builds on your existing Saju reading. Relationship Coaching needs a Compatibility reading first.

How is coaching different from a reading?

A reading tells you what is there, read by a classical yardstick. Coaching takes that reading and turns it into what you might actually try this week. Coaching does not judge you again — it works only from the reading you already have.

What do I need before I can be coached?

Most coaching works from your Saju reading. Relationship coaching needs a compatibility reading first, because it has to look at two people together. Without a reading there is nothing for the coaching to rest on — we do not invent one on the spot.

Will coaching decide things for me?

No. What you get is things you could try — the kind of wording that tends to land in a given situation — not instructions. We draw the terrain; you set the needle. We will not tell you to leave someone or to quit something. That is not ours to decide.

What goes into a coaching report?

It covers seven areas — work and career, initiative and business, study and learning, dating and peers, marriage and family, money and spending, health and energy. What you might try is then split into today, this week, this month and this year. Coaching grounded in a compatibility reading also carries the flow charts for both people. Those charts simply plot the figures from the reading; nothing is judged afresh here.
