One-time readings — fully refundable before the reading is run, even if you have already entered your details. Once it has run, it is not refundable.
Subscriptions — refunded for the days remaining. If you used any one-time reading during the subscription, its list price is deducted first.
Prepaid balance — refunded minus what you have used. Readings used are deducted at list price, and the remainder is transferred to a bank account in your own name.
Subscriptions and top-ups are priced below single purchases. That is why the portion you have already used is settled at the full single-purchase rate. See Article 7 of the Terms for details.
How to cancel a subscription (auto-renewal)
Sign in, open My LifeMap, and press Cancel subscription in the Subscription panel. It takes effect immediately — you do not need to contact us.
Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
The period you have already paid for stays active. You keep full access until it ends — cancelling does not cut you off on the spot.
You can turn it back on at any time with Resume auto-renewal in the same panel.
If you want your money back rather than waiting out the remaining period, that is a refund, not a cancellation. See “How refunds are calculated” above (a refund ends your access at the same time).

For anything about refunds, tell Customer Support and we will help.
When can I get a refund?
In full, as long as the reading has not yet been run. That holds even if you have already entered your birth details after paying — what matters is whether the reading itself has been generated. Once it has, the digital content counts as delivered and the payment is not refundable. The full terms are in Article 7 of our Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund partway through a subscription?
We refund the portion of the subscription fee for the days you have not used. If you used any one-off readings during the subscription, their list price is deducted first, and the remaining days are calculated from what is left. Account credit works the same way — we return the balance after deducting the list price of what you have used.
How long does a refund take?
Where a withdrawal of purchase is accepted, we return the payment within three business days of the later of the day we receive the funds back and the day the withdrawal is filed (Korean E-Commerce Act, Art. 18(2)). We return it to the method you paid with, so your card issuer or payment provider may take a few days more on their side.
