We are not going to answer "yes, very". Here is a more useful answer:
the question contains two questions, and they have different answers.
(1) The part that can be checked
Building the chart is arithmetic. Your birth moment is converted into four pairs of characters using a calendar system — solar terms, sexagenary cycles, a longitude correction for your birthplace.
✅ Checkable. Two people doing it correctly get the same eight characters. If two services disagree, one of them is wrong, and you can find out which.
Common places this part actually goes wrong:

⭐ That last row matters. If a service gives you an hour pillar when you did not supply a birth time, it invented one. That is checkable, and it is a red flag.
(2) The part that cannot be checked
Reading the chart is interpretation. "This shape tends toward X."
There is no experiment that settles it, because:

(3) So what is a reading worth?
Our position, plainly: a chart is a structured description, not a forecast.
It says something about tendencies and tensions. It does not know your decisions, your country, your job market, or whether you will call your mother back.
That is why we refuse to publish:

Not because the method cannot generate them — it easily can, and that is what most services sell. We refuse because there is no way to find out we were wrong.

ask how it would be shown false. If there is no answer, it was decoration.
(4) "How accurate is it without a birth time?"
Also asked often. Honest answer: you lose one of four pillars — a quarter of the input, and the one traditionally tied to later life and children.
The remaining three still describe something. We show you which parts are missing rather than filling the gap silently.
